Ashley Mackinnon

Director of Policy and Advocacy

Ashley Mackinnon is Director of Policy and Advocacy at Cellular Agriculture Australia and brings more than a decade of experience in public policy, advocacy and industry representation, including senior roles across agriculture and transport.

Ashley has led policy and advocacy programs, advised boards and senior executives, and worked with governments, industry bodies and other stakeholders to develop evidence-based policy and advance sector priorities.

His experience spans government engagement, advocacy strategy, organisational strategy, strategic communications and the leadership of policy and advocacy teams.

He brings particular experience working with peak bodies and member-based organisations across complex policy and stakeholder environments.
