
Anne-Sophie is a scientist-turned-strategist who thrives at the intersection of research, policy, advocacy, and engagement. She spent the first 13 years of her career at the bench and in the field, including postdoctoral roles at CSIRO and the Australian National University (ANU). In 2015, Anne-Sophie left research and transitioned into roles across science regulation, advocacy, and public engagement. She has a proven track record of leading national campaigns that have successfully shifted biotechnology regulations and legislation.
Anne-Sophie’s goal is to build a more resilient food future for Australia. She also focuses on breaking down the barriers between research, government and industry so that scientific innovation can translate into tangible impact.
